12 noon - Gates open to the public
12 noon to 4 pm - Weber’s Kitchen will provide sandwiches, drinks, etc. to public
12 noon to 5 pm - Beer & Wine Garden opens, must be 21 to enter
12 noon to 5 pm - Entertainment TBA
12 noon - Judging begins for Chicken category
12 noon to approximately 1 pm - Public may sample Chicken entries
1 pm - Judging begins for Pork category
1 pm to approximately 2 pm - Public may sample Pork entries
2 pm - Judging begins for Beef category
2 pm to approximately 3 pm - Public may sample Beef entries
3 pm - Judging begins for Open category
3 pm to approximately 4 pm - Public may sample the Open entries
4 pm - Awards & prizes announced

The mission of Great River Grillin’ is to become an annual fundraising event for the improvement of Nauvoo and also to provide a venue for all members of the community and surrounding communities to enjoy a fun event designed for all walks of life.
